Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with liety.shop. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective item

  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)

To qualify, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of product

  • Wrong selection by customer

  • Size/fit issues (unless the delivered product is incorrect)

  • Products without proper unboxing video or proof

  • Any item damaged due to misuse

All sales are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


3. Proof Required

To process your request, you must share:

  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the issue)

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Order ID and contact details

Requests without valid proof will not be eligible.


4. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).


5. Replacement Policy

If possible, we may offer a replacement for damaged or wrong products instead of a refund.
A replacement will be shipped only after verification and approval.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

After Shipment

No cancellations or changes will be accepted once the product is in transit.


7. Returned-to-Sender (RTS) Orders

If your order returns due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Customer not available

  • Phone not reachable

  • Courier unable to deliver

We can resend the product after the customer pays the re-shipping charges.

No refunds will be issued for RTS orders.
